Welcome to the Funeral Consultant. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to the following terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Funeral Consultant offers consulting, coordination, and memorial planning services to help families organize and personalize funeral or memorial events. All services are provided with professionalism, respect, and compassion.

 

2. Booking & Payments
- A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable but maybe transferred if rescheduling is arranged in advanced and availability allows.
- Payment methods include (CASH, ZELLE, CREDIT/DEBIT)

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

 

3. Clients Responsibilities
Client agrees to
- Provide accurate information during booking and communication 
- Review and approve service details before the event 
- communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

Deposits are non- refundable, as they secure your service date and coordination efforts.

Should you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.

 

5. Liability 
While every effort is made to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery. The funeral Consultant is not responsible for events or outcomes beyond reasonable control, such as third-party delays, weather interruptions, or venue restrictions.

 

6. Use of Website
All website content (text, photos, and graphics) is owned by The Funeral Consultant and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Services
The Funeral Consultant provides consulting and coordination support only and does not act as a licensed funeral director or operate as a funeral home

 

8. Acceptance of Terms
By Booking service or submitting a contact form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.
